Our team

Dr.Henry Felix Mogaka-A graduate of Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands and hold of Doctorate Degree in Business Finance, has worked in many organisations in Kenya and beyond. First worked with Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Lectured at Jomo Kenya University, Chief Trainer at Paragon Business Development Centre and has been training for over three decades.
Areas of specialisation include but are not limited to: Strategic Management, Governance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations and Customer Care, Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding, Motivation and Career Counselling

Patricia Hughes Scott, Educational Consultant & Writer and National Chairman, Kenya Beach Volleyball Council. Specialises in customer care, team building, marketing strategies development, dealing with the public, guidelines for askaris, telephonists and receptionists.
A British born, and lived in Kenya for nearly 30 years and holds a BA in Eng. Lang & Lit, and did a course with the British Council on management studies.
She has worked as facilitator for Paragon Business Development Centre for over ten years.

Devindera Rathor- A graduate of Bachelor of Science and Business Administration. He has worked in many countries in Africa and Asia in many fields, which include manufacturing, trading, import export and many others. Mr. Rathor has been training with Paragon Business Development Centre for the last 8 years.
He is specialised in marketing, motivation, strategic planning and much more.
